Credit clerk temporary

Located at our corporate office in Montreal and reporting to the Credit Manager, the credit clerk will be responsible for the tracking of customer deductions and would be a key player in the Credit department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Keeping the Credit Manager informed of the deduction status with weekly meetings;
  • Responsible for sending banking invoices to clients and keeping record;
  • Responsible for updating customers’ account information by ensuring follow-up with customers’ emails;
  • Responsible for printing and sending invoices as needed;
  • Contribute as needed for the tracking of deductions, entering daily deposit data;
  • Assist with clerical tasks, printing labels, filing documentations, responsible for the opening and classification of files;





Knowledge Experience

  • College-level diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience in a related position would be an asset
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken)
