Customer Service Representative

Located in our Vancouver, B.C office and reporting to the Director of Sales-Western Canada; the Customer Service Representative will be involved with processing of customer orders on Sugar and Maple products to customers in Western Canada, Mexico, and U.S.A.

Main Responsibilities


  • Receive orders from customers via fax, mail or portals;
  • Review content of customer orders for price alignment specific to their account;
  • Confirm ordered volumes are in most efficient configurations and sizes;
  • Enters orders in a Navision system;
  • Administration of pricing/invoicing and any associated discrepancies;
  • Manage various customer sales reports;
  • Manage sku/contract administration;
  • Ensure customer files are maintained up to date;

Knowledge Experience


  • College diploma in administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of  experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, team player
