Job Summary:

 

Lantic is currently looking for a customer service representative, position that is based at our corporate office in Montreal.

Main Responsibilities


 

• Responsible for the reception of customer P.O.;

• Order processing in systems;

• Ensure that all information is communicated to the Planning Department and Sales Director;

• Verify invoices and work hand in hand with the Accounts receivables department in order to release or complete invoicing process;

• Ensures that customer files and item cards are always maintained up to date;

• Provide technical support for pricing, complaints and quality assurance information;

• Provide support to Sales Directors and other CSR

• Any other related tasks;

Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (in a public company, an asset)

• Proficient in Excel

• Knowledge of Navision (an asset)

• Bilingual (French & English)

Education


• College diploma in administration or equivalent
