- 30 ml of butter (2 tablespoons)
- 180 ml of semi-sweet chocolate chips (3/4 cup)
- 90 ml of half-half cream (6 tablespoons)
- 310 ml of Lantic icing sugar or Rogers icing sugar, sifted (1 1/4 cup)
- 5 ml of vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth.
- Allow the icing to cool, then spread on the cake, cupcakes or any other dessert that requires a touch of chocolate!
