We are currently looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the reception of customer P.O.;
- Process orders in systems;
- Ensure that all information is communicated to the Planning Department and Sales Director;
- Verify invoices and work hand in hand with the Accounts receivables department in order to release or complete invoicing process;
- Ensures that customer files and item cards are always maintained up to date;
- Provide technical support for pricing, complaints and quality assurance information;
- Provide support to Sales Directors and other CSR;
- Assist with any other related tasks.
Qualifications and Experiences Required
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in a public company (an asset);
- Bilingualism (spoken and written);
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office;
- Knowledge of Navision (an asset).
