We are currently looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the reception of customer P.O.;
  • Process orders in systems;
  • Ensure that all information is communicated to the Planning Department and Sales Director;
  • Verify invoices and work hand in hand with the Accounts receivables department in order to release or complete invoicing process;
  • Ensures that customer files and item cards are always maintained up to date;
  • Provide technical support for pricing, complaints and quality assurance information;
  • Provide support to Sales Directors and other CSR;
  • Assist with any other related tasks.

Qualifications and Experiences Required

  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in a public company (an asset);
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written);
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office;
  • Knowledge of Navision (an asset).
