Job Summary

Lantic Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Marketing and Sales Assistant based in Toronto. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have to facilitate the launch of new products as well as manage and coordinate customer visits and follow-ups, develop presentation material and assist in any sales and marketing initiative in line with the company’s go-to market strategy.  

Main Responsibilities


• Assist in research, development and kick off of new marketing initiatives for new products;

• Support the Marketing Director on management of key relationships;

• Prepare and create presentation material for meetings with existing and new clients;

• Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience;

• Participate in processing, promoting, and marketing directives in alignment with brand standards;

• Liaise with external clients to present product sample and production, packaging, co-packing and sales kit;

• Coordinate the shipping and tracking of products;

• Assist with multiple marketing activities such as strategic and tactical decision-making to achieve the full commercial potential of Lantic products;

• Coordinate customer visit schedule and follow-ups;

• Develop products data sheets;

• Manage and analyze customer lead data base;

Maintain compliance record (Kosher, etc.).

Qualifications and Experiences Required


• Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent;

• Technical Knowledge or diploma in Food science (an important asset);

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;

Demonstrate strong project management skills;

Excellent organization skills;

• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects;

• Ability to communicate and influence;
