Chocolate Mousse (Keto)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Lantic & Rogers Smart Sweetener Blend
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lantic & Rogers Maple Flakes

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer
  2. until stiff peaks form.
  3. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with a berry of your choice!
