Lantic Inc. has recently been experiencing a product quality issue with the production of Rogers Golden Syrup in the 12 x 750ml retail format that is causing out of stocks at grocery stores. The product is crystallizing at various stages after production and distribution. The crystallization that is occurring in Rogers Golden Syrup is similar to how honey crystallizes. This is not a food safety issue but rather a product quality integrity issue. Simply warming up the product would remove the crystallization.
